Types of Stroke
There are two kinds of Strokes which are as flows-

Sensory: tingling or prickling/ decreased sensation of touch.
Facial: weak or numb muscles.
Other symptoms: feeling unsteady, trouble gulping down, pain in the head, difficulty to understand things, bewilderment, or fast instinctive movement of the eye.
Causes of A Stroke In A Man & Woman
There are various causes that might lead to a stroke. A few of them are mentioned below-

Stroke Prevention
Stroke is a medical emergency; immediate medical help should be taken if any of the above-mentioned symptoms are there. However, there are certain preventive ways by which a person can prevent strokes. The major ways are mentioned below-
• A healthy platter
• A regular work out plan
• Quit smoking
• Quit or limit the alcohol intake

Stroke Recovery & Treatment
