Our first question, how can we know that the medicines sold by you are authentic?

the FDA - The Food and Drug Administration – of almost all the countries require the FDA License Number, the batch number, expiry date and manufacturer's address to be printed on both the primary drug pack as well as the secondary outer package. Check if all these details are mentioned on the drug packs as this is by far the best check to know if the drug is authentic, as authorized for manufacture by that FDA, or is illegal or fake.

Secondly, visual inspection as stated by the World Health Organization (WHO) (1999) is also a good benchmark in identifying potential fake drug irrespective of the analytical methods used. This is because such observation serves as a lead to identifying fake products even in the absence of the knowledge of the physical characteristics of a genuine drug product.
As stated by WHO, commonly encountered physical defects that should be looked out for in tablets include:

a. Excessive powder and/or pieces of tablets at the bottom of the container (from abraded, crushed or broken tablets);
b. Cracks or chips in the tablets, swelling, mottling, discolouration, fusion of tablets;
c. Appearance of crystal on the walls of the container or on the tablet.
d. Hardening or softening, cracking, swelling, mottling or discolouration of capsule shell should also be looked out for.

These are some of the factors which should satisfy you on all our drugs being authentic. All drugs available on our e-marketplace are authentic drugs from licensed international pharmacies and manufacturers located in Australia, EU, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland and many reputable countries.

Do I need a prescription to order from your company?

Yes. Like your local pharmacy, all of our seller pharmacies require a valid prescription written by a licensed physician, in order to dispense your prescription medications. All prescription medications are clearly marked by Rx . Without a valid prescription for such items, the seller pharmacy will not be able to process and ship your order. Over-the-counter products do not require a prescription and are indicated by OTP .

How can I send you my prescription?

Do you only sell China made drugs or do you sell drugs from other countries as well?

We are located in Hong Kong BUT WE DO NOT SELL ANY DRUGS MADE IN CHINA.  We dispense your medications from international fulfillment centers that are approved by the regulatory bodies from their respective countries. We affiliate with dispensaries in the following jurisdictions that ship product to our customers:  Australia, EU, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland & Turkey.

What will be the make of the drugs I will receive from the dispensaries in these other countries that ship to me?

Our affiliated dispensaries in other countries will ship drugs that they have procured from either their own jurisdiction or from other countries like  Australia, EU, India, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland & Turkey. Rest assured that we only affiliate with authorized dispensaries that procure products through reputable sources.

What is the difference between brand and generic drugs?

The biggest difference between most brand name drugs and their generics is that the brand product costs significantly more.
Brand and generic drugs are therapeutically and chemically equivalent. Generic drugs are required to have the same active ingredient, strength, dosage form, and route of administration as the brand name product. Trademark laws require the drugs to look different, so the generic version may be a different color, a different shape, have a different taste, or contain inactive ingredients that are different.

Are generic drugs safe?

Yes. Each generic must demonstrate it is equivalent with its brand-name counterpart by showing that it delivers the same amount of active ingredients into a patient's bloodstream in the same amount of time as the pioneer drug.
Generic drugs that do so should have the same therapeutic effect and therefore the same benefits and risks as their brand-name counterparts, but at less cost.

How much am I charged for shipping?

Our shipping charge is a single flat rate of USD 48 for your entire order regardless of the number of products you order. A Customs Agent fees may be charged to get the parcel cleared from the shipping country.

Can I return my medication if I no longer need them?

Because we work in conjunction with licensed pharmacies to protect the safety of you and other parties involved once a prescription and non-prescription products have been dispensed it cannot be returned for any reason. 
Under the pharmaceutical law prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales are final. So before ordering (completing your order) please consult with your physician regarding your medications.

How long is delivery time?

Shipping timeframes may range from 2-4 days to 10 - 18 business days.

Why does it take 10-18 business days for my order to arrive once it is shipped when I get other item I order online so much faster?

We understand that when you order products from web-based companies in your country, your packages arrive quickly. Most of our parcels are shipped to you from outside your country, and therefore take longer to be delivered. Each day thousands of parcels coming into your country have to clear the Customs of your country and this can take some time. Parcels shipped from within your country do not have to go through border control procedures and thus arrive sooner.

How can I pay for my order?

GenuineDrugs123 accepts payment by a Bank Wire Transfer. We are currently not able to accept Credit Card payments as the legal credit card processing companies are not processing Medicines payments. Companies which accept credit cards get them processed in small island country tax-havens but we do not do so to avoid putting your credit card details to financial risk.

Are there any limits on the type of prescriptions I can fill?

GenuineDrugs123 legally cannot ship narcotics or controlled drugs and benzodiazepine medications across the border.

Do you fill orders for pets?

Yes, we can provide medication for your pet as long as you have a valid prescription.

Will you accept my current insurance?

No,the drugs are sold and shipped directly from Third Party Pharmacies which may be located outside your country and cannot process insurance claims or refills.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Currently we only offer regular ground shipping but do offer Express shipping for certain selected destinations.

Lastly, are medicines sold to me by Registered Legal Pharmacies and can you sell to me in Canada?

All the medicines are posted on our portal and all sales made by legal pharmacies registered to sell and export medicines by their country’s FDA authorities and Export Departments. Our marketplace does not accept orders for nor allow any mail or courier shipments to any Canada address.
